The price includes building a 3D model of the existing building from photographs, designing the new facades according to plans, and high-quality rendering with before/after comparison. Up to 2 revision rounds are also included. For a full package, it also includes interior renderings of a sample apartment and presentation materials.

A single before/after rendering takes 5-7 business days. A full package for a residents' meeting (3-4 exterior angles + sample apartment) is delivered within 10-14 business days. For urgent projects with an upcoming residents' meeting, an expedited track is available for an additional fee.

In TAMA 38/1 (reinforcement and expansion), we render the existing building with additions - floors, balconies, elevator, and new facades. In TAMA 38/2 (demolition and reconstruction), we render a completely new building. Both types include before/after comparison, but in 38/2 the rendering is more similar to a new project rendering.

Photographs of the existing building (we can also take them), the architect's new elevation plans, and a materials and finishes schedule. If you have sample apartment plans - those too. The more detailed the materials, the more accurate the result.

The displayed prices are before VAT. The official quote details everything transparently - including VAT. We issue a proper tax invoice and accept payment by bank transfer, check, or credit card.

Every rendering includes up to 2 revision rounds at no additional cost. Changes like facade color, balcony flooring type, or railing style are included. Substantial changes such as changing the number of floors or a complete redesign may require an additional fee, but we always coordinate in advance.
