The price covers the entire workflow from start to finish: precise 3D modeling, adding materials and textures, lighting setup, high-quality rendering, and up to 2 rounds of revisions. The final file is delivered in JPEG or PNG format at high resolution (at least 3000 pixels), ready for use in print, websites, and marketing presentations.

A single rendering typically takes 5–7 business days from approval of the initial sketch. Large projects involving multiple angles are scheduled based on scope, usually 2–3 weeks. We also offer an express track for urgent projects with marketing deadlines, at an additional cost. The exact timeline is set at the beginning of the project and coordinated in advance.

To get started, we'll need architectural plans (DWG or PDF), elevations, and a materials and colors board. If you have inspiration images or style references, they help us fine-tune the result. If materials are missing, we'll help fill in the gaps and suggest solutions. The more detailed the materials from the start, the more accurate the result — with fewer revision rounds.

The listed prices do not include VAT. The final invoice will include VAT as required by law. The official quote will show a full breakdown of costs. We issue a proper tax invoice and accept payment via bank transfer, check, or credit card.

Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the price at no extra charge. Revisions can include material changes, color updates, lighting adjustments, and similar tweaks. More substantial changes — such as changing the camera angle, architectural style, or layout — will be priced separately and coordinated in advance. Before the final render, you'll receive a draft sketch for approval, minimizing the need for revisions upfront.

Yes. For large projects involving multiple angles or units, the per-unit price decreases. Developers and contractors who work with us on an ongoing basis also receive preferred terms. Get in touch with your project details and we'll prepare a custom quote.

The final file is delivered in JPEG or PNG format at high resolution (at least 3000 pixels), ready for both print and digital use. Upon request, we can also provide files in additional formats such as TIFF or PSD — for example, if you need separate layers for further graphic work.
