TopCar Factory - Netivot

The Challenge

TopCar Vehicle Armoring and Protection planned the construction of a new factory in Netivot. Exterior visualizations were needed to present the industrial building in its environmental context, including the nearby roundabout, access roads, and the open Negev landscape.

The Solution

We produced two visualizations — an aerial view and a street-level view. The building is presented as a two-story industrial structure clad in gray-toned panels with a representative facade featuring dark vertical sun screens, a parking lot, fencing, and plantings. The visualizations were composited onto drone photography of the site to illustrate the building in its surroundings.
