Nachshonim Industrial Zone

The Challenge

Nachshonim Industries requested visualizations to present the new plan for the industrial zone at the kibbutz. The challenge was to illustrate a modern industrial complex comprising two different building types — logistics and warehouse structures alongside a representative office building — within the existing landscape context of the kibbutz.

The Solution

We produced exterior visualizations of the complex including ground-level and aerial views. The logistics buildings are presented as large-scale structures clad in white and gray panels with loading and unloading ramps, trucks in operation, and wide maneuvering areas. The office building is a representative four-story structure with a dramatic facade of vertical concrete console grids in a dark gray tone, glass curtain walls between the consoles, an asymmetrical sloped roof, and underground parking. An aerial photograph of the existing industrial zone at the kibbutz served as the basis for integrating the new buildings into the existing environmental context, including farm buildings, roads, and agricultural areas.
