Revava Phase B

The Challenge

Har Kabir Ltd. requested exterior renderings for Phase B of the Revava neighborhood in Samaria. The challenge was to present a new ground-level residential complex in a mountainous environment, including day and night renderings from various angles — close street views and aerial bird’s-eye views.

The Solution

We collaborated with BaMerhav Architecture on producing exterior renderings from street-level and aerial perspectives. The residential buildings are two-story cottages in a modern style, featuring facades with a combination of plaster in gray and white tones, wood cladding (horizontal louvers in a natural tone), black metal railings, and projecting balconies. The ground floor showcases private gardens with natural stone fences, metal gates, and wooden decks with outdoor seating areas. External steel staircases connect the apartments. The aerial renderings present the entire complex within the surrounding landscape context, with a drone photograph taken on-site as the basis for integrating the planned buildings into the existing landscape.
