Residential Neighborhood in Czech Republic

The Challenge

The Israeli developer sought to present a residential project of hundreds of housing units in the town of Bakov in the Czech Republic to potential investors and buyers. The main challenge was to reflect the integration of modern design with the rural character of the area, and to illustrate the living experience in an entire neighborhood that had not yet been built — including public spaces, diverse residential buildings, and green landscape development.

The Solution

We produced a series of 11 exterior renderings showcasing the residential complex in its entirety. The renderings include panoramic views of the neighborhood featuring the low-rise residential buildings with warm-toned plaster facades — beige, cream, and light gray — with wooden balconies and brown-orange tile roofs that blend with the rural landscape. Close-up renderings present specific elements such as the central water feature with stone steps, the cafe with its pergola and outdoor seating, and the access paths with natural stone paving. We worked in close collaboration with the development company LOXIA a.s. and the local team, including detailed discussions about balcony paving materials — concrete versus wood — to achieve an accurate representation of the project. The natural lighting in the renderings was carefully chosen to create a soft and pleasant atmosphere, with partly cloudy skies characteristic of the Czech landscape.

I came to Moshe following a friend’s recommendation for the purpose of creating renderings for a large residential project of hundreds of apartments in the Czech Republic.
