Pinski 25 - Penthouse Interior Visualizations

The Challenge

Dorfberger Development, Management and Investments Ltd. requested a comprehensive visual marketing package for the Pinski 25 project, including interior visualizations for selected apartments, 3D sales floor plans, and an interactive model. The challenge was to create materials that would serve both for direct apartment sales and as a template for the developer’s future projects.

The Solution

We produced 11 interior visualizations for the penthouse and selected apartments in the project — living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balconies. Alongside the standard visualizations, 3D floor plans were produced for marketing purposes, allowing buyers to understand the apartment layout, as well as interactive panoramic visualizations. The project served as a design template for the Moriah 85 project by the same developer.
