Renderings for a residential complex at the Olei HaGardom and Shapira intersection in Ashkelon. Modern residential buildings with emphasis on facade design and landscape development.
The Challenge
The Ben David Group (Pninat A.L.H Partnership) requested renderings for marketing a new residential complex at the Olei HaGardom and Shapira intersection in Ashkelon. The project includes several modern residential buildings, and the challenge was to present the facade design, building entrances, and surrounding landscape development — including a nighttime rendering that would illustrate the architectural lighting design.
The Solution
We produced 7 exterior renderings in collaboration with Giora Gur Architects. The renderings present the residential buildings with modern facades combining light-toned plaster, stone elements, and dark aluminum frames around the balconies. Views from various angles highlight the design of the main building entrances with cladding and lighting combinations, the entrance lobby, and the landscape development including walking paths, plantings, and parking areas. The nighttime rendering presents the architectural lighting design — recessed lighting fixtures in the facades, stairway lighting, and garden lighting — which together create a warm and modern atmosphere and accentuate the building lines in the darkness.
