Moria 85, Interior Renderings

The Challenge

Dorfberger Development required high-quality marketing materials for the Moria 85 residential project, which includes a variety of apartment types. The challenge was to present each apartment type in a way that would illustrate the design and living potential to prospective buyers, while maintaining a unified design language across the entire project.

The Solution

We produced 10 3D interior renderings for 4 different apartment types and a penthouse apartment. For each apartment, two renderings were created - a living room and kitchen, and a bedroom - in a modern design featuring natural wood cladding, marble countertops, recessed lighting, and custom millwork. The living rooms present open-plan spaces with a kitchen island, light-toned flooring, and large windows allowing natural light. The bedrooms are designed in soft tones with accent walls, built-in closets, and ambient lighting. The penthouse apartment (Apartment 13) is highlighted with high ceilings and an especially spacious living area.
