Maapilei Salvador Street - Interior Renderings

The Challenge

Gavso Group requested interior renderings for three apartment types in a residential project on Maapilei Salvador Street - apartments sized 75 sqm, 90 sqm, and 111 sqm. The challenge was to create a unique rendering for each apartment type that would illustrate the maximum potential of the space, while maintaining a unified design language across the entire project.

The Solution

We produced three interior renderings - one for each apartment type - presenting a view of the main living space including living room, dining area, and kitchen. Each rendering presents a modern interior layout with a straight-line kitchen, clean work surfaces, light-toned flooring, and natural light from large windows. The design includes contemporary furniture in neutral tones, warm wood elements, and decorative accessories that create a sense of home. The differences between the types are expressed in the space proportions, the size of the seating area, and the overall sense of spaciousness.
