Residential Project in Kadima

The Challenge

Tzur Development Ltd. requested exterior and interior renderings for a new residential project in Kadima. The challenge was to present spacious two-story villas in a modern style, featuring private swimming pools, in a way that would convey a high quality of life and suit the project’s marketing.

The Solution

We produced a series of exterior and interior renderings with multiple design versions for each view. The exterior renderings present two-story villas with a clean white facade with natural wood cladding elements, windows in black aluminum profiles, balconies with glass railings, and pergolas. The entrance facade includes gray stone cladding at ground level, a tall wooden entrance door, and rich landscape development with flowering shrubs in shades of pink and white, citrus trees, and green plantings. The rear of the house features a private swimming pool with a deck and seating areas, a basketball court, and a wide lawn. The interior rendering presents an open living room with modern furniture in neutral tones, black track lighting, a TV wall clad in vertical panels, and a full-height glass vitrine facing the pool and garden.
