The Challenge

H.Y.B Hagana Development and Construction Ltd. requested exterior renderings for a new residential building at 27 HaTayasim Street in Jerusalem. The main challenge was to present a modern building that integrates with the Jerusalem architectural character — Jerusalem stone cladding, respectful proportions, and a design language that honors the urban context of the neighborhood.

The Solution

We produced four exterior renderings including a primary daytime rendering and additional views from various angles. The renderings present the building with warm-toned Jerusalem stone facade cladding, protruding balconies with glass and metal railings, and a commercial or entrance floor at ground level. The landscape development includes mature trees, sidewalks, and designed entrance areas. The daytime rendering highlights the interplay of light and shadow on the stone surfaces and the warmth of the finish materials, while the additional renderings present the building from different street angles, incorporating urban context — neighboring buildings, street, and local vegetation.
