9 HaPortzim Street, Petah Tikva

The Challenge

Shami Holdings (Migdalei HaRakefet Urban Renewal) planned an urban renewal project at 9 HaPortzim Street in Petah Tikva — a new 8-story residential building. Exterior renderings were needed to present the building from two angles for marketing and sales purposes.

The Solution

We produced two exterior renderings: a frontal view from the street and a side-diagonal view. The building is presented with white cladding, glass balconies, wood-tone elements, and a rooftop terrace. Clear and clean renderings that highlight the youthful and modern character of the project.
