6 HaGilad Street, Tel Aviv

The Challenge

Binui Plus (from the Sasson Hogi Group) requested renderings for marketing a residential project at 6 HaGilad Street in Tel Aviv. The challenge was to present the building both from the outside and inside — facades that went through several design rounds with the architect, and two model apartments that would illustrate the living potential to buyers.

The Solution

We worked in a long-term collaboration with architect Amir Naor on the production of 5 renderings — 3 exterior and 2 interior. The exterior renderings present the building from the northeast direction and from additional angles, with a modern facade combining light-toned plaster, glass railings on balconies, dark cladding elements creating contrast, and recessed architectural lighting. The facade design went through several revision rounds to achieve the precise result the architect envisioned. The interior renderings include a typical apartment and a penthouse — both presenting open spaces with light-toned flooring, a modern kitchen, natural lighting from large windows, and contemporary design combining wood, marble, and metal elements. The penthouse rendering highlights the spacious balcony and the unique sense of openness on the top floor.

I have been working with Moshe for several years now; he has produced a large number of renderings and videos for me.
