Villa Complex in Skroponeria, Greece

The Challenge

Eshchar Engineering Solutions sought to present to investors a luxury complex of 4 villas on 11 dunams of land in Skroponeria, Greece — with direct sea access and a private beach strip. The challenge was to illustrate the unique living experience: modern villas with direct sea views, and to convey the sense of privacy and spaciousness of the entire complex.

The Solution

We collaborated with Greek architect Dimitris Touloumis on the production of 10 exterior and interior renderings. The exterior renderings showcase the villas with their modern design — clean lines, white plaster facades with wood and stone elements, large glass windows facing the sea, and private infinity pools at each villa. Aerial views show the layout of the complex across the green terrain, the paths leading to the private beach, and the distances between the villas ensuring complete privacy. The interior renderings present open living spaces with high ceilings, light-toned flooring, a modern kitchen island, and sea views seen through the expansive windows. The natural lighting in the exterior renderings was chosen to highlight the turquoise color of the sea and the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation.
