Renderings for a new coffee shop in the Hadarim neighborhood in Shoham. Design of an inviting commercial space.
The Challenge
The Shoham Economic Company, with planning by T.B.S Architecture and Urban Planning, designed a new coffee shop in the Hadarim neighborhood in Shoham. The challenge was to present the commercial space as an inviting neighborhood hub, combining indoor and outdoor seating while fitting the character of the neighborhood.
The Solution
We produced 4 final renderings including an exterior view of the coffee shop facade with the shaded outdoor seating area, and interior views presenting the service area, counter, and indoor seating. The renderings highlight the natural wood cladding, large glass storefronts that blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, designer pendant lighting above the counter, and furniture combining wood and metal. The outdoor seating area is presented with a pergola and green vegetation, creating a pleasant and shaded atmosphere.
