Exterior renderings for a residential home at 8 Shear Yashuv Street, Ramat HaSharon. Modern design in a prestigious area.
The Challenge
D.G.Sh.Y.M Development requested exterior renderings for a project of four luxury housing units at 8 Shear Yashuv Street in Ramat HaSharon, designed by Krup Architects. The challenge was to present a project with an exceptionally high level of detail — including precise specifications of materials, vegetation, and unique architectural elements — which went through numerous rounds of corrections and refinements.
The Solution
We produced six exterior renderings that went through over ten rounds of improvements according to the architect’s detailed specifications. The renderings present the housing units with black iron frame pergolas and HPL panels in a wood tone, floating stairs in light concrete finish, iron railings of varying widths, and walls finished with concrete panels. The swimming pools are presented in turquoise, surrounded by paving and designed landscaping. The entrance gates were designed as airy slatted gates, and the vegetation includes dichondra plants cascading from the balconies and a weeping willow at the entrance. Every item — from the uniform and subdued vegetation palette to the iron details — underwent meticulous adjustment to match the architectural vision.
