Visualizations for the Hosen Center at Lot 953 in Sderot. A new public building.
The Challenge
The Economic Development Company of Sderot requested visualizations for a new community resilience center — a public building at Lot 953 designed to serve the city’s residents as a resilience and emergency center. The challenge was to present a public building that conveys stability and security, while simultaneously appearing welcoming and accessible to the community.
The Solution
We produced four exterior visualizations presenting the resilience center from various viewpoints. The visualizations emphasize the architectural volumes of the building — facades combining exposed concrete and modern cladding elements, a wide and prominent main entrance, and surrounding landscape development including pathways, lawns, and mature trees. The lighting in the visualizations was chosen to highlight the building mass and its integration into Sderot’s urban environment, creating an atmosphere of an open and pleasant public space.
