Renderings for the upgrade of the Adler Hotel in Tiberias. A hospitality project including day and night exterior renderings.
The Challenge
Kay Art Real Estate Ltd. requested renderings for the Adler Hotel upgrade project in Tiberias, as part of the building permit process. The challenge was to present the renovated hotel in a light that would highlight the architectural upgrade, including different lighting conditions during day and night.
The Solution
In collaboration with Liad Architects, we produced 5 exterior renderings of the hotel based on the building permit plans. Four daytime renderings present the upgraded facades from various angles — stone and plaster cladding in light tones, balconies with glass railings, a transparent lobby floor with large display windows, and a representative hotel entrance. The nighttime rendering highlights the exterior lighting design — building facade lighting, garden and landscape lighting, and the hospitality atmosphere created during evening hours. The renderings reflect the hotel’s location in Tiberias and the surrounding built environment.
